Florida Man Arrested for 'Belligerently' Eating Pasta

According to Naples Police Department, officers were dispatched to an Olive Garden Sunday afternoon about a disturbance. The caller reported that there was a man asking patrons for money outside the establishment and yelling expletives.

When cops arrived, they encountered Ben Padgett, shirtless, sitting outside on a bench, and shoveling spaghetti into his mouth with his hands.

Officers gave Padgett paper towels so that he could clean the pasta off of his face before they cuffed him and stuffed him in a squad car.
