RKO suspect arrested again

A Florida teenager who was arrested last month for attempting to perform the "R.K.O." wrestling move on his principal is in trouble once again after he was caught on tape wrestling a fake alligator at a mall.

Miami-Dade police say Gianny Sosa-Hernandez, 18, has been charged with criminal mischief after video allegedly showed the teen damaging a display alligator at The Falls Shopping Center on March 30.

The video shows Sosa-Hernandez remove his sweatshirt and run up to the display where the alligator is sitting on a rock. Sosa-Hernandez then jumps over the barrier and throws the fake alligator off the rock and into the display's pond. The teen picks up the alligator and performs the 'R.K.O." finishing move made popular by WWE wrestler Randy Orton.

Finally, Sosa-Hernandez then pretends to triumphantly pin the gator in the middle of the display.

The fake alligator, valued at $3,690, was damaged in the March 30 incident the mall's manager told police.

Sosa-Hernandez was identified by a witness and he confessed to police and apologized, police said. He was take to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County. It's unclear if he has a lawyer.

This isn't Sosa-Hernandez's first run in with police. The teen was allegedly involved in another incident in which he performed the same R.K.O. finishing move on the principal at Miami Southridge Senior High School, where he attends. Sosa-Hernandez was charged with battery on a school employee in connection with that incident according to an arrest report from Miami-Dade Schools Police Department. The teen appeared in court and was released without bond in connection with that incident.
