So, we all know that Zac Efron likes to stay fit and active. He frequently shares his workout and diet regimens on his various social media accounts, showing his followers what it takes to have an insanely ripped body. Well, Zac showed off that insanely ripped body on The Ellen Degeneres Show and it's, well, even more insanely ripped than we thought.

Zac dropped by the show to talk about his new film Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile, but got a big surprise from Ellen. The talk show host introduced him to his brand new wax figure, inspired by his work in Baywatch. The 31-year-old actor's initial reaction was "holy s**t," followed by: "whoever did this, I’m very impressed and scared." Funny, we had the exact same reaction.

Zac's only complaint was the his wax figure's abs were too big. He then went on to lift his shirt to compare his real abs with the wax ones. His wax figure's abs may be bigger, but Zac's ripped body is definitely super impressive.

Though Zac is open about what it takes to have that kind of body, he also spoke with Ellen about body image. "They did a good job," he said. "It’s a little bigger than me. That’s too big and don’t try—and for guys, that’s unrealistic, I’m telling you. Like, I got very big and buff for that movie but yeah, I don’t want people to think that’s the best way to be. Like, be your size. It’s not—like, I don’t want to glamorize this."

As Marie Claire points out, while filming Baywatch Zac shared his restrictive diet with his fans. The actor cut out all sugar and carbs. He stuck to diet of organic grass fed/free range protein and organic leafy greens. It's important to note, as well, that celebrities like Zac often have the help of personal trainers, chefs, dietitians, and of course, more free time to spend in the gym.
