British metal band Anaal Nathrakh helped a blind fan live out a dream by letting him stage dive during at a recent gig in Melbourne, Australia.

Fan shot video from the concert shows Nathrakh front man Dave Hunt introduce the fan to the audience between songs, double-checking that the fan is sure he wants to go through with the stage dive and warning him of a slight gap between the stage and the crowd barrier.

"Do you want to do this or not?" Hunt asks. "You don't have to, mate."

The man nods demonstratively in agreement as guitarist Dan Rose marshals the crowd to applaud and appears to double check that the route off the stage is clear.

As the band fires up its song "Forward!" the blind fan can be seen measuring the gap between the stage and the barrier with his cane.

"Fair f---ing play to this lunatic!" Hunt shouts, as the song begins and the fan launches himself into mosh pit.
