Apparently Nostril Hair Extensions Are the Latest Fashion Trend

WOW...
We've seen some pretty interesting "fashion trends" but I feel like this has reached a whole new level of WTF! Behold... the nostril hair extensions. People on Instagram are using fake lashes and putting them inside their nostrils then applying mascara to them.
This can't be real right!?! How do we feel about this? What would you say to someone who had these on?
