Nobody's perfect, and no one knows this more than Jessie J.

On Thursday (May 9), the singer posted a shot of herself wearing a pink swimsuit at the beach which flaunts a lyric tattoo on her hip that, when looked at closely, actually misspells the word "lose" as "loose." But before her haters could point out the error, Jessie beat them to the punch with a confident caption expressing why she's rocking her ink, flaws and all.

"Yes my tattoo says... 'don’t loose who you are in the blur of the stars,'" Jessie begins, "Yes they are MY lyrics from my song who you are. Yes that I wrote. Yes I spelt the tattoo wrong. Yes I repeat it’s spelt wrong."

The "Price Tag" star continued, admitting she was 18 she got the ink done from an artist in Essex who apparently didn't care to mention their error. "Yes I still don’t know the difference between lose and loose. Yes It’s the reason I wear everything high waisted," she joked. "And YES I know I have small boobs. Don’t waste your time telling me like I don’t see them everyday [sic]."

The 31-year-old then signed off her note with the obligatory "Don't @ me" before going returning to the real-world — and ladies and gents, that's how it's done.

Someone who we know could care less about the botched ink is the songbird's boyfriend, Channing Tatum, who's been showing his sweetheart nothing but love since the two coupled up late last year.

A few months ago, the actor professed his love for Jessie on her 31st birthday with a sweet shout-out. "Wishing you the happiest day filled with all the love and all the light. You came into this world on this day and lit it on fire," the 38-year-old wrote at the time. "You are so very special. Happy birthday Baby."
