An Ohio woman was arrested after police say she broke into a home in the village of Hamden but didn't steal anything. Police say that Cheyenne Ewing entered the house through the back door and sat down on the couch and started to pet the family's dog. Ewing then got up, washed the dishes and left the house.

While deputies from the Vinton County Sheriff's Office were taking their report, they received a call that a woman matching the description of the Ewing was still in the neighborhood and knocking on other people's doors.

When an officer found Ewing, she appeared to be under the influence of drugs and claimed that she had been awake for two days straight. She was taken into custody and transported to Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail in Nelsonville, where she is being held on $10,000 bond charges of burglary.
