Did Vince Neil Forget The Words?

I don't know what to say about this performance by Vince Neil and Motley Crue. Not sure when it was recorded but Vince is either singing in a different language, is loaded, or just plain forgot the words to Kickstart My Heart. The only other explanation is that the band is doing an odd sort of Dylan tribute. Check it out for yourself and leave your comments below. Maybe there is something to be said for old rock and rollers to retire.
