T.I.'s older sister, Precious Harris, died in February just over a week after getting in a serious car accident in Atlanta, and her cause of death has been revealed.

As per a new report from TMZ, Harris died from "cocaine toxicity which aggravated hypertensive cardiovascular disease (high blood pressure)." More specifically, the rapper's sibling's high blood pressure instigated an abnormal heart rhythm, which went on long enough that it disrupted the blood flow to her organs and, most importantly, her brain. Harris had also been suffering from various health issues, including chronic lung disease, kidney disease and diabetes.

Earlier this year, it was reported that Harris was driving the rapper's Dodge Avenger with his grandniece, Kairi Chapman, in the passenger seat when she fell unconscious and veered off the road, prompting the car to crash into a telephone pole. Immediately after, T.I. and Tiny shut down production of Friends & Family Hustle after learning about Harris' accident.

Harris' death was confirmed by her daughter, who shared an emotional tribute for her late mother. "From my best friend on earth to My beautiful angel in heaven, I love you so much," she wrote. "I’m so heartbroken but the way you looked so @ peace this past week has confirmed that you are resting... no more asthma attacks... damn but baby I am going to miss you." Sources close to the family told TMZ that she had been on life support since the accident and was never responsive.
