She says what's on her mind and she doesn't hold back from her fans!

Did Cardi B have plastic surgery? Yes. She's told fans and I FREAKING love it, if you've had it, there isn't anything wrong with it just be honest about it.

That's exactly what she did and has been doing!

Another reason we love her, she hasn't CHANGED!

She had cancelled the remainder of her tour dates because she was experiencing complications with her recent surgery: boob job and liposuction. Go on Cardi, take that time you deserve it.

The other day she tweeted a picture of her swollen feet:
