As we approach the peak of WorldPride 2019, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority have announced a limited edition run of The L Word: Generation Q-themed MetroCards.

In a new report from Forbes, the recently-unveiled cards are available for purchase as of Monday (June 24) and feature colorful illustrations to tease the series upcoming reboot and pay homage to some of the original characters. Only 50,000 of the themed cards are available at select stations like Christopher Street, West 4th Street, 23 Street, and more. Beyond the new cards, the MTA has previously unveiled Pride-themed cards featuring rainbows in honor of the LGBTQ-centric month. Stay tuned for more on The L Word: Generation Q when the series premieres on Showtime this fall.
