Finn Wolfhard is a busy guy. Aside from starring in Stranger Things, the 16-year-old also fronts a band called Calpurnia. After releasing their debut EP, Scout, last year the indie rockers have been playing various shows and festivals, including a handful coming up this summer. Or, that was the original plan, at least.
On Friday (June 28), the band gave fans an unfortunate update, breaking the news that they'd have to cancel all their summer shows due to "scheduling issues."
“Hello everybody. Unfortunately, due to scheduling issues we are not going to be able to perform this summer. We are so sorry to let you know that we need to cancel our July shows in Louisville (Forecastle), Japan (Fuji Rock) and our August show in Chicago (Lollapalooza)," the band wrote on Instagram. "We’re still rocking, writing, playing, listening and most of all, loving your support. Please take care of each other and make this your best summer yet!
"Thanks so much for your understanding. We’re very grateful for you.
"Love Finn, Ayla, Malcolm, Jack”

Could the band's scheduling issues have something to do with Wolfhard filming a new project? We'll just have to wait and see. In the meantime, the third season of Stranger Things is set to premiere July 4 on Netflix.
