The Loudonville Police Department says it has promoted 3 of its officers. Sean Gorrell was promoted from officer to sergeant, Brian McCauley was promoted from sergeant to captain, and Darcy Baker was promoted from Auxiliary Officer to full-time Officer. Baker will also be the departments new School Resource Officer when Loudonville schools resumes in the fall.
