Cameras On Sagamore And Bourne Bridges May Be Unconstitutional

The State Supreme Court will decide whether it's constitutional to have license plate reading cameras on the Sagamore and Bourne Bridges. 

A lower court judge ruled it was legal because they were only tracking movements on the Cape.

The SJC will decide a drug case in which the evidence was developed by the bridge cameras.
