Thomas Rhett Fan Who Beat Cancer Has Wishes Come True At Concert

Thomas Rhett made one young fan's dreams come true this weekend.

On Friday night during his "Very Hot Summer Tour" stop at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center in Darien Lake, N.Y., Rhett spotted a 11-year-old, Madison Muckle in the crowd. She was holding a bright yellow sign which read, "Look What God Gave Her." Underneath there were three boxes, "Beat Cancer," " Thomas Rhett Concert," and "Selfie With Thomas Rhett." The first two boxes were checked, while the third was still incomplete.

When Rhett read the sign, he knew exactly what he needed to do. "Oh my gosh, get up here." he says immediately. Muckle makes her way to the stage where Rhett give her a hug and says, "We're gonna check all of these off. Where's that phone?" He then proceeds to snap a quick selfie, completing Muckle's wish list.

Following the show, Rhett shared to Instagram a photo from the show captioned, "One more from last night. Madison, it was such a pleasure meeting you! May God continue to bless you and your sweet family. Hope you had a great time at the show." In addition to the photo, a video was also shared showing the entire moment. You can check both of those posts out below.

According to the Orleans Hub, Muckle was just three years old when she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. After the diagnosis came in December of 2010, she immediately started two-and-a-half years of chemo treatments, including nine blood transfusions. Since finishing up her treatments six years ago, Muckle's been symptom free. She's now highly active partaking is activities like basketball, softball, and cheerleading.

Following the concert on Friday, Muckle's mother, Jaimie Allport, took to Facebook to share her thanks. "So this happened tonight!! Thank you to all the people that sat near us and made it their mission to help Madison tonight!! Thank you to everyone that got pictures and send them to us." She concludes saying, "This is by far on of her best nights ever." Further, Allport shared the selfie Rhett took of the two of them on stage writing, "She really is happy, those are happy tears!
