Matt 'Money' Smith On Gordon's Holdout

Chargers PBP Man, Matt 'Money' Smith joins Costa and Richards to talk about Melvin Gordon's holdout and what it means for his future. He says that the number he has heard the Chargers have offered is, "pretty darn
substantial".
"I don't think there is any chance he recovers that money, and it's a good number. I don't know what he is looking for, but I talked to some people yesterday and they had heard that the number for the first two years was pretty darn substantial, that it wasn't fully guaranteed, but if he were willing to bet on himself for the first two years he was going to get a pretty darn good sum... I don't know if his agents are flexing and trying to get him another one of those running back deals that Bell or Gurley got, but if that's the case, he's not gonna see it."
