Raw Chicken Breast Appears To Come Back To Life And Crawl Off Table

We all know raw chicken can be dangerous - if eaten you might wind up sick with salmonella. However, a new viral video has people scared of the uncooked meat for a whole different reason.

Facebook user Rie Prettyredbone Phillips posted a video of a raw chicken breast appearing to come back to life and crawl off a plate. While there wasn't any information with the clip, according to The Sun, the video was likely recorded at a restaurant where customers cook their own meat. It shows quite simply a piece of raw chicken twitch and then wriggle off the plate it is on and fall to the floor as a shocked woman screams.

As for what is going on in the video, no one really seems to know. One person suggested that because the meat is so fresh, the muscles were still able to move or there were some involuntary reflexes that propelled it. Many figure that it is just special effects, but one person summed up how most people who watch the video feel. They wrote, "Hell no, if my food is walking, I'm walking too."
