Yesterday Special Screening In Gorleston

Ed Sheeran has lost one of his fur babies. On Thursday (August 1), the pop star shared a throwback photo of his cat Graham standing on a guitar as a kitten. He captioned the post with a self-explanatory broken heart emoji.

The "Blow" singer rescued his four-legged friend in 2014, who was looked after by his manager, Stuart Camp, and his partner, Liberty Shaw, while he was on tour. Shaw also shared a post on Instagram, explaining what happened to the poor feline.

"Our lovely little bud Baby Ba Boo aka Graham the Kitten passed away last night after being hit by a car," she wrote alongside a black and white photo of the cat's paws sticking out from a blanket. "We are absolutely heartbroken. He was such a dude. Funny and clever and best mates with a massive German Shepherd. We are going [sic] miss you so much. Thanks for all the fun. #Babybaboo"

Sheeran is also a cat dad to Calippo and Dorito. See both mournful posts below.

The singer-songwriter isn't the only celebrity who's had to say an unexpected goodbye to a pet recently. Just last week, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner broke the tragic news that their Alaskan Klee Kai, Waldo Picasso, passed away. He, too, was hit by a car.
