Country Stars Stunned: Reactions To El Paso + Dayton Mass Shootings

Country stars are taking to social media to share their sadness and frustration over the recent back-to-back mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio which claimed dozens of lives.
If I see one more politician use their “thoughts & prayers” tweet template they have backburnered for every mass shooting, I’m gonna be sick. We need common sense reform, not 280 meaningless characters. I love you, Texas & Ohio. No one deserves this.

For a man who clearly loves being well-liked, it’s indescribably mind-numbing to see him blatantly and murderously ignore doing ONE THING that would not only make people happy but would SAVE PEOPLE’S LIVES. True leaders don’t stand back and watch the world burn. @realDonaldTrump

Y’all what in the actual f*ck is happening?! I went to be upset about the mass shooting in El Paso. Then I wake up, use the restroom, check my phone and see that there was yet another MASS shooting in Dayton, Ohio! I give up. Seriously. pic.twitter.com/5H3Kwijqca

Went to bed feeling sick for El Paso and woke up feeling sick for Dayton. To every person affected personally by these two acts of hate, I am just so, so sorry. But sorry isn’t good enough. We have to do better. Now.
