Disneyland's parade festivities are set to get a little more magical! Just announced at Disney's D23 Expo, an all new parade experience titled 'Magic Happens' is scheduled to debut at the California theme park. Set to feature an energetic musical score, Disney intends to celebrate "awe-inspiring moments of magic that are at the heart of so many Disney stories" with their guests.
The parade is slated to begin a regular rotation through Mainstreet, U.S.A in Spring 2020, but no specific launch date was provided. Sunday's "Sneak Peek! Disney Parks, Experiences and Products" panel provided exclusive insight into what attendees can expect.
Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Bob Chapek kicked off the announcement by sharing some drafted artwork of the parade's content. Scroll through our gallery above to take a look at fixtures inspired by some of the company's most beloved magical film properties. As of now, we know that park-goers can intend on seeing their favorite characters from Pixar's Coco along with Walt Disney Animated Studios' Sleeping Beauty and Moana - with more to be announced.
