Woman Dies After Falling Into Meat Grinder At Food Processing Company

Talk about the worst way to go...

This Pennsylvania woman has died after falling into a commercial meat grinder in a gruesome workplace accident - and nobody knows how it happened.

Workers say they heard a strange noise coming from the machine and found the body of 35-year-old Jill Greninger inside. It took firefighters 45 minutes to disassemble it and recover her body.  OSHA is investigating the incident.
