Over the weekend, a clip of Joe Biden telling an anecdote about his youth resurfaced online. It seems that while working as a lifeguard in 1962, Biden confronted a gang leader named Corn Pop, stood his ground, and in so doing helped to heal the racial divide of pre-Civil Rights Era America.
