Restaurant Owner Sprays a Fire Extinguisher at a Cigarette Smoker

"I'm going to put his cigarette out..."

A restaurant owner in Salt Lake City sprayed a fire extinguisher AT a cigarette smoker . . . and somebody got it on video.

The owner tells the guy about a law saying people aren't allowed to smoke within 25 feet of a business. The smoker doesn't believe it, so he takes another puff, and that's when the guy turns the fire extinguisher on him. Police are investigating.
