Chris Janson: Country Singer + Relationship Expert

Most of us, at some point in our lives, have heard a great piece of advice about love. Perhaps it’s something from your mother or father, a grandparent, a mentor, a friend. Today, it is coming to you from Chris Janson.

For Chris and his wife Kelly, they say it was “love at first sight.”

During a recent interview with CMT’s Cody Alan, Chris shared some relationship advice for people out there looking for that romantic spark.

“A lot of people still struggle with that. Like, Ok, they feel like they are never going to find that special person,” shared Cody. “What would you say to someone in that spot, in a broad sense, but what advice would you give them?”

“First of all, I don’t mind giving advice in a broad sense, or in a personal sense; people ask me that a lot,” shared Chris.

Chris’ First rule of romance: “Stop looking! Quit looking! Let love find you, that’s the real love that you want. The kind that you have to go searching for, personally, I don’t know that it works out so well.”

Chris’ Second rule of romance: “I encourage people to focus on themselves. Get themselves in order first. That’s when you will be most attractive to your partner!”
