Tom Morello's been on a theme park kick lately, and during a recent trip to Disneyland had an unforgettable interaction with a bartender at the Star Wars Land Cantina. The Rage Against The Machine guitarist shared the story on Twitter.
"Yesterday I went into the Cantina at the new Star Wars land at Disneyland and the bartender leans over, sneakily gives me this, and whispers, 'It’s not often we get a Resistance General in here. Thank you for your service,'" he wrote alongside a photo of a "Rebel Legion" sticker. "I almost cried."
The reference was to Morello's outspoken liberal views. Last week during a Reddit AMA, the 55-year-old shared some tips for other aspiring resistance generals and revealed that he's been politically active since the age of 4.
Check out his Twitter post below.

Earlier this month, the rock legend shared a hilarious story about a recent trip to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios in Los Angeles where he had an unusual encounter with a zombie.
"So there I am at Universal Halloween Horror Nights getting scared witless when all of a sudden this terrifying zombie stops in his tracks, throws up the metal horns, makes genuflecting fan gestures, fist bumps me and makes the universal 'let’s take a selfie' gesture. #RockNRoll #Boo?" he wrote on Instagram. It looks like he obliged for the requested photo opp too, because the caption accompanied a pretty amazing selfie of him and the zombie. Check out that post here.
