UCLA Fratboy Gives a Speech on Consent Before Letting People in Party

Not too sure if this is a good or a bad thing but this fratboy who is being identified as Justin is giving people a few words about consent before allowing them into a frat party. It's no secret that there's been a lot of sexual assault going on at frat parties for years now so it's great to see students taking the issue seriously. Since being posted, the video has over 700,000 views on Twitter. Do you think more frats should be this serious about sexual assaults at their parties by pressure party goers to be more aware and vocal of any foul play?
