As fans know, Adele's body transformation comes six months after she split from her husband Simon Konecki.

Shortly after turning heads when she debuted a slim and trim figure at a Spice Girls concert in London back in June, Us Weekly reported that the "When We Were Young" singer had dropped 14 pounds after she called it quits with Simon and decided to hire a personal trainer in L.A. “She does 60-minute sessions that include cardio, circuit training and Pilates,” a source revealed. “She’s found a routine that’s working for her and is enjoying it more.”

According to the outlet, Adele didn’t just have weight loss on her mind when she started her new fitness regime; she was also thinking of her six-year-old son, Angelo. "She really wants to be healthy and set a good example for her son," the insider added. “She’s more focused on feeling good and the health benefits than the weight loss."
