Famous Dex suffered a seizure during a club performance on Friday (November 1).

According to TMZ, the 26-year-old rapper was onstage for a gig at 1 OAK in West Hollywood in the early morning when he fainted. Video of the incident shows a few guys cradling Dex by his legs and shoulders as he shakes.

The Los Angeles Country Fire Department told the outlet they received a call about a person who had suffered a seizure at the club a little before 2 a.m. While they arrived minutes later, they did not transport Rex to the hospital. The people who rushed to Dex's aid reportedly carried him backstage, but it's unclear if they had medical training or why he wasn't taken to a hospital.

A rep for the "Party Bus" rapper told TMZ, "We wish Famous Dex a speedy recovery after his epileptic seizure last night. He is currently in good spirits and hopes to return back to finishing his new album. He thanks all his fans for their prayers and well wishes."

As fans know, it's been nearly a year since Dex worried fans when he passed out in the middle of a livestream. Insiders told TMZ at the time that he was "working to kick drugs after the incident."

In April, Dex announced on Instagram that he'd given up lean and Xanax, saying, "I just wanna thank God. I don't do xans, the lean. It's over with, you know what I'm saying?" He added, "God is good, God is great. I just wanna thank God for everything. I wanna thank my supporters. I wanna thank everyone for supporting me, everybody that knows me. God is so good. I'm relaxed, I'm chilling, I'm good... I'm doing it for me and my children. Get right. Dexter. Make the world get better."
