Cranberry Jalapeño Cream Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients

12 ounces fresh cranberries rinsed

Handful cilantro, chopped - about 1/2 cup or so

1- 2 jalapeños seeded and roughly diced

1/4 cup orange juice2 tablespoons lime juice

1/2 cup honey

Salt

8 ounces cream cheese, full fat

Instructions

In a food processor, add all ingredients except cream cheese and pulse until well combined. Remove most of the cranberry jalapeño salsa from the food processor, leaving ¼ cup. Add cream cheese and pulse until combined.

Spread cream cheese mixture in center of large plate. Spoon cranberry jalapeño salsa around cream cheese. Serve with chips.
