Deer Gets Butchered In The Middle of a Nail Salon [PHOTO]

At a nail salon in North Carolina toe nails weren't the only thing being cut!
In a photo posted on Facebook by a customer, you can see one of the employees on her hands and knees cutting up chunks of meat! The girl who posted the photo on her Facebook also reported the incident to the North Carolina Board of Cosmetic Arts. They are investigating whether the nail salon violated any codes, the report said.
