Carly Pearce and Lee Brice have joined forces on a new single, "I Hope You're Happy Now," but did you know that country star Luke Combs penned it?

The track is featured on Carly's upcoming sophomore album which is slated to drop February 14th but it's Luke who is really celebrating!

In a recent interview with Cody Alan, the Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree shared that this song is his first cut on another artists' record.

"It's my first cut, by the way!" The "Beer Never Broke My Heart" singer proclaimed. "It's the first cut that someone else has done. You know, I mean, I have had some friends that have cut some songs that I have written and stuff, but as far as a major label, that's the first thing that I've got."

"I'm super pumped about it. Man, I love that song, and I hope it does well, I think it sounds really great."
