Almost all of "It's A Wonderful Life" was filmed on movie sets...but the scene that featured
"Mr. Martini" moving into his "new" house was--in fact--shot on location at a REAL community that
was under construction. "The Martini House" still exists...much as it did...when the movie was filmed there!
