Rob Kardashian is seeking primary custody of his 3-year-old daughter Dream.

According to TMZ, the former Keeping Up With the Kardashians star recently filed legal documents claiming his ex-fiancee and the mother of his child, Blac Chyna, is "out of control."

Rob reportedly claims that Chyna is living dangerously. In the legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the 32-year-old entrepreneur alleged that Chyna constantly throws parties at her house with Dream present, "snorts cocaine," is always drunk, spends "$600 on alcohol" daily, makes "violent threats" to people in her home, and even gets physical by "throwing objects, including knives and lit candles."

He additionally claims, per the outlet, that Dream's behavior has "changed for the worse" as well as her personal hygiene. In the legal documents, he reportedly says Dream's started "naked twerking, acting out sexual positions that she said her mom taught her," and cursing, which he says she learned from her mom. He also notes that his daughter arrives to him with messy hair, dirty teeth and dirty nails.

Rob's sister Khloe Kardashian backed up his claims in the legal documents, saying she has noticed a behavioral change in Dream at her play dates with her cousins. Khloe claims that when Dream first gets back from being with Chyna, she's "more in defense mode" and is "decidedly more aggressive," according to the filing obtained by TMZ.

Rob is asking that a judge reduce Chyna’s parenting time to just weekends with a nanny present. He also wants Chyna to submit to drug and alcohol testing no less than 30 minutes before each visit with Dream, TMZ reports.

Rob's filing comes less than a year after he and Chyna agreed to split custody 50/50. The two were on good terms as of last May when Chyna told Entertainment Tonight that she and Rob were working together as co-parents. “I just feel like having a good relationship with the other parent and co-parenting is a healthy type of thing,” she explained. “It’s something that a lot of people need to practice.”

Rob also spoke of his positive co-parenting relationship with Chyna in February 2019, tweeting, “Angela and I are both actively co-parenting and there are no pending or active custody cases."
