Shocking Video Shows Grandfather Dangling Toddler Before Cruise Ship Fall

A new video has surfaced that shows what happened just before 18-month-old Chloe Wiegand fell to her death on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship last year.

The stunning video shows Salvatore Anello poke his head out the open window on the ship just before dangling his granddaughter out the window which led to her falling from his grip.

This contradicts his claim that he did not know that the window was open.
