McDonald’s Singapore made the announcement of their Popcorn Caramel-flavored soft serve's return earlier this month on Instagram.
“It’s back for the new year! Enjoy the taste of buttery caramel soft-serve with our Popcorn Caramel Cones,” the chain said. Here’s the best part: The dessert is just $1.
