Kansas City Chiefs Defeat San Francisco 49ers To Win Super Bowl LIV

The Kansas City Chiefs are Super Bowl champions after a thrilling come from behind victory against the San Francisco 49ers. The Chiefs entered the fourth quarter trailing by ten points, but Patrick Mahomes rallied them to two late touchdowns to take a 24-20 lead with just over two minutes left.
The Chiefs would tack on a third touchdown to go up 31-20 after the 49ers turned the ball over on downs with just over a minute left in the game.
Mahomes was named MVP, throwing for 268 yards with two passing touchdowns and two interceptions. He also had a rushing touchdown. Damien Williams rushed for 104 yards and a touchdown.
Jimmy Garoppolo had 219 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions for the 49ers. Raheem Mostert managed just 58 yards on 12 carries with one rushing touchdown.
