Lori Harvey escaped an attempted car robbery thanks to her quick-thinking skills.

According to TMZ, the 23-year-old thwarted the carjacking on Wednesday night (February 5). According to the police report, which was obtained by the outlet, Lori told authorities that after she parked her 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan at an apartment complex in Atlanta and made her way to the trunk to grab her things, a suspect crept up and ran to jump in the driver's seat.

Lori then reportedly "ran toward him and struggled with him as he was sitting in the SUV, but he pushed her away." She told cops that's when she realized she could simply walk away with the key fob to thwart the attempted theft because the car can't be put in drive without the fob, TMZ reports.

Sources told the outlet, Lori ultimately "walked away nonchalantly" as a second suspect "pulled up in a getaway car, hopped out, ran to the back of her Rolls and grabbed a red duffel bag." The suspects then reportedly jumped in their vehicle and fled. While it's being called a "clean getaway," according to the report, the suspects only got away with a duffel bag that contained some clothes.

Lori reportedly didn't complain of any injuries and refused medical treatment. She did, however, tell cops "she was returning from Whole Foods, so cops are looking to see if any surveillance cameras may have captured the suspects tailing her into the lot," TMZ reports.
