Neal McCoy is alive and well after a terrifying fire occurred early Saturday morning (Feb. 8), destroying his tour bus.

The "No Doubt About It" captured the blaze on a Facebook live sharing with viewers that the bus, nicknamed "Old Glory," was his home away from home.

"Our bus is burning to the ground," he says to the camera with an illuminating orange glow on his face.

"This is our lifeline that is going down the drain right here," before he flips the camera to show a sizeable burning object shortly after 6 a.m. The truck caught fire in Mansfield, La. as McCoy and his band members were en route to a scheduled show in Alexandria.

"So now we're scrambling, trying to get rides to Alexandria, trying to get clothes," he states in the video. Luckily, everyone made it out safe, and some of the equipment may have survived.

McCoy revealed that the bus had carried him and his crew for more than a decade. "That is everything we have…Physically, we are good. But that is the bus that has taken us a million miles, and it is ugly."

However, McCoy, still grateful to be alive, kept to his daily tradition of reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.

"That is Old Glory that you see me say the pledge of allegiance from a lot of days, a lot of mornings. And I'll be doing it this morning."

Investigators are still working to determine the cause of the explosion.
