Dua Lipa is working up a sweat in her new music video.

On Friday (March 6), the English singer-songwriter unveiled another visual for her song “Physical,” this time pairing the record with an ’80-inspired workout concept. In the over-five-minute clip, the 24-year-old songbird channels her inner Jane Fonda as a fitness instructor who leads her class through rounds various exercises — from hip thrusters to leg lifts — while flaunting her fit physique in retro attire.

The song for the colorful production appears on Lipa’s upcoming sophomore album, Future Nostalgia, due out on April 3. The tune also follows previously-released jams like “Don’t Start Now” and “Future Nostalgia.” (In case you missed it, check out the album artwork here.)

As shown in her latest interpretation of “Physical,” Lipa’s follow-up to her 2017 self-titled debut album draws inspiration from the likes of Gwen StefaniMadonnaOutKast, and Blondie.

"What I wanted to do with this album was to break out of my comfort zone and challenge myself to make music that felt like it could sit alongside some of my favourite classic pop songs, whilst still feeling fresh and uniquely mine," she told Metro of her second LP. "Because of the time that I’d spent on the road touring with my band I wanted Future Nostalgia to have a lot more of a live element, but mixed together with modern electronic production. My sound has naturally matured a bit as I’ve grown up but I wanted to keep the same pop sensibility as I had on the first record."
