Lil Baby's concert in Birmingham, Alabama came to an abrupt and scary end on Saturday night (March 7) when gunshots sounded inside Bill Harris Arena while the rapper was performing "My Dawg." A concertgoer filmed the incident, which appeared to begin as an altercation on the side of the stage. A single gunshot can be heard in the video, followed by fans screaming and hitting the floor, while others scurried to the exits.

As The Birmingham News reports, police quickly arrived on the scene and shut down the concert. One person was shot and taken to UAB Hospital with life-threatening injuries. No suspect has been apprehended, and Lil Baby has yet to address the shooting.

Lil Baby recently dropped his sophomore album My Turn, which includes features from Future, Lil Wayne, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, Moneybagg Yo, Gunna, 42 Dugg and Rylo Rodriguez, and celebrated the release with an intimate show at the iHeart Theatre in Los Angeles.

"I came with the My Turn because I felt like it was my turn. I had a turn before, but it wasn't my turn to do what I'm doing now," he explained about the album title during his release party. "So it's my turn to have a good album or an album that you can go 1 through 20. Whatever I'm doing now, it's my turn to do that."
