With only a few more episodes left of Schitt's Creek, the beloved show's devoted fans are preparing to say goodbye. The cast is doing their best to make the big goodbye as painless as possible. Not only did they announce they'd be going on a North American farewell tour, there's also going to be a documentary about Schitt's Creek and it looks super emotional.
Ahead of the series finale, the show released a short teaser for the upcoming documentary titled Best Wishes, Warmest Regards: A Schitt's Creek Farewell. The documentary will be an hour-long special and take viewers behind the scenes of the heatwarming series. Best Wishes will give fans a glimpse at never-before-seen footage, the final table read, audition tapes, and so much more.
"It's really hard to tell the story of a love story that in the end is still a love story," Dan Levy says in the teaser as Annie Murphy and Dustin Mulligan film a pivotal scene for their characters. "It didn't end because they stopped loving each other. It ended because circumstance stood in their way, and that circumstance was their own growth, and that's a wonderful thing."
Best Wishes, Warmest Regards: A Schitt's Creek Farewell will air PopTV on April 7 following the series finale. Remember to grab a pack of tissues before viewing this emotional double feature.
