Barking up the right tree.
Before the Coronavirus, Tonka the Great Dane was a regular visitor at the Cedar Pointe Health and Wellness Suites located in Cedar Park, Texas. Because of the virus, the senior center had to start limiting visitors, including their favorite canine companion Tonka.
Armed with a sign that read “We miss you,” Tonka and Courtney Leigh, his owner, visited multiple seniors through their windows. Courtney Leigh spoke to ABC News, "They were smiling from ear to ear. Some reached out to touch the window."
