One Officer killed, two others injured in North Phoenix shooting

One Phoenix police officer was killed & two others were hurt in a shooting Sunday night.
Phoenix Police confirm that Police Commander Greg Carnicle was shot and killed in the line of duty on the scene of a domestic violence call. The shooting happened around the area of 40th Drive and Pinnacle Peak.
The two other officers are expected to recover.
