Family throws surprise party for 4-year-old to celebrate

A child’s, Carter Evans, birthday party unfortunately had to be canceled dueto the coronavirus pandemic.

As a surprise her family threw her a party at home for her 4th birthday. Her mother, Charmaine Evans, told FOX 5 that they wanted to do something special since she couldn’t be with her friends.

Her reaction was everything they had hoped for and were able to catch it on a video. She is seen jumping and screaming in excitement in a pile of balloons.
