Like everybody else in the world, the royals are now taking their meetings through video calls. Kate Middleton and Prince William shared a sweet video chat they conducted with the teachers and students of Casterton Primary Academy. While many schools have shut down across the U.K., some teachers have kept their classrooms open to help keep watch on students whose parents work on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Casterton Primary Academy is located near Burnley General Hospital in northwest England, which means multiple students have parents working in the hospital during this difficult time. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made sure to thank the teachers for giving these kids a "safe place" to be while their parents work hard to help stop the spread of the novel coronavirus.

"Teachers across the UK are dedicating their time to keeping schools open for the children of key workers and vulnerable children," their statement on Kensington Palace's Instagram begins. "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge called teachers and school staff at Casterton Primary Academy to thank them for their hard work and dedication—and to wish the children a very Happy Easter."

“Well done honestly to you and everyone who’s in during this time," Kate says in the heartwarming video. "It must be such a relief for all the parents who are key workers to know that the normality is there for their children — they’ve got the structure and they’ve got a safe place for them to be, so really really well done to all of you."

Prince William connected with the students, as well, by admiring their artwork. A few of the students showed the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge paintings they've created of their parents, which impressed the royals quite a bit. "Well done you," William told one boy named Harris whose mom works for the NHS. When Harris told them he was proud of the work his mom is doing, William and Kate agreed and shared how impressed they've been with all the "key workers" over the past couple weeks.
