These group of Philadelphia nurses participate in the Ciara dance challenge and ended up going viral. They can be seen in the video dancing to Ciara’s hit song “Level Up.”
The nurses call their group “The Original Swab Squad” on Instagram and work at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
"Friendly disclaimer -- we waste no PPE. We take our jobs, our patients, and the resources we use seriously. However, we also take our team morale and mental health just as serious," the dance squad wrote on Instagram.
The video has already reached almost 70,000 after it was posted on April 5. It go so much attention that even Ciara herself responded to it.
"[Their dance] is very meaningful in a time like this. I look at that moment that they were having as an opportunity for them to still put joy in the world in the midst of a storm," Ciara told Robin Roberts on "Good Morning America" in an April 9 interview for ABC's "Day of Hope.”
The nurses were happy with the video and just wanted to put something on social media that would brighten someone’s day.
