It looks like Brad Pitt found a new job while stuck at home. Since many movie productions are currently on pause, the 56-year-old actor/producer has pivoted to working as a remote weatherman. His new boss—John Krasinski— is pretty great, too.
On Sunday (April 19), Krasinksi dropped the latest episode of his new YouTube series Some Good News. In the new episode, the former star of The Office received a personalized message from the International Space Station. The excitement was simply too much to handle, so, Krasinski needed a little help from his new weatherman. “I’m going to need a second to catch my breath. We should do a check on the weather,” he said. “Brad, how’s it looking out there?”
The video then cut to a quick cameo of Pitt peeking outside his house and checking on the weather. “Looks, ahh, pretty good, yeah,” he informed the viewers of Some Good News while looking up at the cloudy sky above. After his appraisal of the weather, the video then cut back to Krasinski.
Pitt wasn't the only guest star on this latest episode of Some Good News. In addition to Pitt's cameo, Billie Eilish and Finneas and the Jonas Brothers helped Krasinski DJ a prom for teens at home who weren't able to go to their real proms because of the ongoing pandemic. Chance the Rapper and Rainn Wilson also made appearances in this episode of the feel good YouTube show.
