A pair of high school seniors from Georgia were expelled after they created a racist video on the popular video app TikTok. The two students from Carrollton High School posted a 50-second video in which they used racial slurs and mocked black people while filming a fake cooking show.

In the video, the teens, who were not identified, poured labeled cups of water into the sink. The racist labels included words and phrases such as "Black," "Eat watermelon and fried chicken," "Rob people," and "Go to jail."

The two students were quickly identified and expelled. School officials said that the students will not graduate in the spring.

Carrollton City School District Superintendent Dr. Mark Albertus said he was "deeply disturbed by the overt racist tone of the TikTok video and concurred with parents and other community members who were outraged by the production."

"The racist behavior observed in the video easily violates this standard," he said. "They are no longer students at Carrollton High School."
