Tom DeLonge Has Fans Begging For Box Car Racer Reunion After Sharing Lyrics

Tom DeLonge got Box Car Racer fans begging for a reunion on Thursday (April 23) when he shared a piece of paper with the "I Feel So" lyrics scribbled on it via Instagram. "A little Box Car Racer history..." he captioned the photo, which not only showed the lyrics, but also revealed he had changed some of them before recording the song — certain words and phrases were crossed out with new thoughts jotted down in their places.

DeLonge started BCR with his blink-182 bandmate Travis Barker in 2001. The band was together for two years and released only one album, 2002's self-titled. See his nostalgic post below.

He also recently reminisced about his time in blink on Instagram. "I started @blink182 when I was 16, and it has been such a wonderful blessing throughout my entire life," he wrote. "I am so lucky to have had this, even when I’ve desired to tackle different artistic projects and challenges; and also some ambitious humanitarian work through@tothestarsacademy. It has given me every opportunity I have ever had, and gifted me some legendary friendships that I still have to this very day."

DeLonge is currently focused on his band Angels & Airwaves. The group is hard at work on its sixth studio album, and its leader says it's one of the best collections of music he's ever written.
