According to a press release, the May 5 virtual streaming event will have a charitable aspect, where Mitchell will encourage his fans to participate in the “There’s Comfort in Giving” program. The “There’s Comfort in Giving” program will help meals for healthcare professionals in the HCA Healthcare system. For every $10.00 virtual gift card purchased online at www.crackerbarrel.com/comfortby May 12, 2020, the restaurant will donate up to 15,000 meals for the benefit of a hospital’s frontline workers.
